Our services include job posting, candidate management, interview scheduling, and related recruitment tools. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, and not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics, submit false or misleading information, violate any applicable laws, or interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.
5. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change our pricing with notice, and continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
